Mayor Carolyn Goodman, invited guests to celebrate start of Fremont East building
shareDOWNTOWN will celebrate the construction of its second residential apartment community on Monday, March 7 at 10 a.m. City of Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman will commemorate the new residential project by tossing one of her iconic mayoral poker chips into the apartment building’s concrete foundation.
shareDOWNTOWN opened its first building in the Las Vegas Arts District in 2020. The second building will expand the popular apartment lifestyle brand to the Fremont East area of downtown Las Vegas. Like the Arts District building, shareDOWNTOWN Fremont East will offer a premium apartment experience but on four stories, one story higher than the first building.

With 84 one-bedroom units on four floors, shareDOWNTOWN will also offer ground-floor retail space, upgraded resident amenities, and unique design elements similar to those in the fully-leased shareDOWNTOWN Arts District community, including one-of-a-kind murals from local artists that will adorn the exterior of the building. A rendering of the new project will also be unveiled at the event. Light refreshments provided by The Goodwich will also be served.
