Tivoli Village announces its array of limited-edition prix fixe Las Vegas Restaurant Week menus and offerings. Benefitting Three Square Food Bank, participating restaurants include Ada’s Food + Wine, Al Solito Posto, Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse and El Dorado Cantina. All menus and special offers will be available from Monday, June 5 through Friday, June 16.
The full list of Las Vegas Restaurant Week menus and special offers follows: Ada’s Food + Wine The Little Gems salad will be available for $15; the Friã Friõ Vinho Verde rosé will be available for $12 per glass. $5 from each dish or glass purchased will be donated to Three Square Food Bank. Little Gems Salad – Watermelon, radish, pistachio Dukkah, green goddess dressing Friã Friõ Vinho Verde Rosé – Woman-owned and sustainably made Al Solito Posto Dinner will be available for $50 per person. $5 from each dinner will be donated to Three Square Food Bank. First Course (choose one)- Arugula Salad – Radishes, almonds, herbed goat cheese, lemon vinaigrette
- Little Gem Caesar – Focaccia croutons, anchovies, parmesan cheese
- Nonna’s Meatballs – Fried polenta, marinara
- Wagyu Beef Carpaccio – Garlic truffle aioli, mushroom, arugula, capers, olive oil (additional $5 charge)
Second Course (choose one)
- Spaghetti & Meatballs
- Rigatoni – Vodka tomato sauce, basil, house-made sausage
- Chicken Parmesan – Rosemary breadcrumbs, marinara, spaghetti
- Lasagna al Forno – Handmade pasta, Bolognese, herbed ricotta
- Seafood Cioppino – Shrimp, mussels, clams, Alaskan cod, shellfish broth (additional $15 charge)
- Nigerian Tiger Prawns – Scampi style, garlic white wine (additional $15 charge)
Third Course (choose one)
- Tiramisu Cheesecake – Coffee cream, chocolate espresso beans

- Ribeye Steak Sandwich – Bloomsdale spinach, Bearnaise aioli, garlic
- Ahi Tuna Frites – Seared rare and served with wilted greens, shoestring fries, ponzu sauce
El Dorado Cantina
Dinner will be available for $40 per person. $4 from each dinner will be donated to Three Square Food Bank.First Course (choose one)
- Chicken Taquitos – Pulled chicken taquitos, romaine lettuce, salsa cascabel, pico de gallo, avocado sauce, sour cream, queso fresco

- Grilled Mahi – Grilled mahi, skillet marble potatoes, garlic spinach, poblano peppers, crispy carrots, citrus cilantro cream sauce
- Pulled Chicken Tacos – Citrus-marinated chicken, pico de gallo, queso fresco, onions, spices, cilantro rice, refried beans
- Carnitas Tacos – Slow braised pork, guacamole, cilantro, onion, lime, cilantro rice, refried beans
- Roasted Corn & Poblano Tacos – Roasted poblano chiles, onion, sour cream, corn, queso fresco on cheese tortillas, brown rice, black beans
- Crispy Beef & Brisket Tacos – Slow marinated brisket and beef served in a crispy shell, lettuce, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, cilantro rice, refried beans
