ASSOCIATE PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY
HEIDARI LAW GROUP, P.C., is one of the fastest growing and successful Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firms in California and Nevada, with principal offices in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, but additional offices throughout both states. We have a growing reputation and the respect of adversaries in our ethical but firm representation of our client’s interests.
We are currently seeking two Personal Plaintiff Litigation Associates to add to our growing team. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates eager to take ownership of his/her own cases and who are not afraid of gaining trial experience. Unlike other firms, we pride ourselves on taking our cases from intake and up and through to trial, if necessary, which provides our employees and candidates the perfect opportunities to gain extensive trial, litigation, and negotiation experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience.
- Handle between forty (40) to seventy (70) cases, depending on experience.
- Personal injury litigation experience is a huge plus.
- Employment law experience is a plus, though not necessary.
- Strong familiarity with legal research, including Shephardizing and/or Key Citing law for law and motion purposes.
- WestlawNext and/or LexisAdvance is a huge plus.
- Federal Court litigation is not necessary, but welcome. We will teach you.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters
- Taking and defending depositions (including those of Plaintiff and experts, witnesses, etc.)
- Law and Motion – Research and drafting of Motions and Oppositions to various motion types, including but not limited to Motions for Summary Judgment and Demurrers, as well as Discovery-related Motions.
- Trial Preparation, including Motions in Limine and Special Verdict Forms, Jury Instructions, and any other related tasks to support the firm in preparation for Trial.
- Propounding discovery and responding to discovery.
- Drafting complaints ranging from basic motor vehicle accidents to complex premises and assault cases.
REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
- California State Bar (CA Bar) licensure is a plus, but not required.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work in a team atmosphere.
- Strong time management skills, including prioritization of cases and adhering to deadlines, internal or those imposed by the Court.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal communication, time management, and project management skills in handling the caseloads required of the position.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with other lawyers and paralegals
- Fully Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat DC.
We offer a competitive starting Salary, Bonuses, vacation, 90% medical coverage with Kaiser Gold Plan with the possibility to convert to PPO, and Dental Insurance.

Legal Receptionist Job Description
We are looking for a versatile legal receptionist to run our reception department. In this role, you will be required to welcome visitors and answer calls. As a legal receptionist, your duties include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and managing mail and deliveries. You may also be required to assist with filing.
To ensure success as a legal receptionist, you should exhibit excellent communication skills and competency in general office administration. Outstanding legal receptionists are polished professionals who create a positive first impression.
Legal Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assisting clients and visitors with the location of legal staff.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
- Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
- Managing the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
- Preparing meeting facilities, and arranging refreshments, if required.
Legal Receptionist Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
- Qualification in paralegal studies or similar preferred.
- Prior experience as a legal receptionist will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with legal terms, legal documents, and filing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, printers, copiers, scanners, faxes, and appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Pre- Litigation Case Manager Job Description
HEIDARI LAW GROUP, P.C., is one of the fastest growing and successful Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firms in California and Nevada, with principal offices in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, but additional offices throughout both states. We have a growing reputation and the respect of adversaries in our ethical but firm representation of our client’s interests. Abogados Con Experiencia is one of our branches and we are excited of our new expansion. We have currently purchased a new building and are building a new team. We are seeking an experienced pre-litigation case manager. Prior experience as a case manager in the legal field is preferred. Must be able to handle a large caseload, have excellent clerical skills, be a team player, and be able to multitask. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. Candidates must also be outgoing, punctual, diligent, have a professional appearance and demeanor and work well under pressure. 2+ years’ experience in Personal Injury required.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 70 pre-litigation cases.
- Initiate welcome call with all new clients
- Gather case details such as photos, insurance information, property damage information
- Correspond with medical providers to ensure clients are receiving adequate medical treatment
- Monitor case statuses and have bi-weekly contact with clients to ensure treatment progresses, documents are obtained
- Assist with property damage when needed
- Manage cases through maximum medical improvement
- Prepare complete draft of Demand letters for attorney review
- Negotiate all liens, and final balances with all treating providers
- Prepare settlement statements and disburse settlement proceeds
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work in a team atmosphere.
- Strong time management skills, including prioritization of cases and adhering to deadlines, internal or those imposed by the Court.
