Meadows Eye was founded in 2015 by retina surgeon Dr. Claudia Krispel, MD, PhD, and her husband, ER physician, Martin Lee, MD. Claudia and Martin built their business on the principle of always doing the right thing for patients, staff and the Las Vegas community. They believe in the importance of treating all patients the same, regardless of their insurance, wealth, socioeconomic status, demographics, etc. Their firm belief in their company’s principals means that any new physicians they bring into Meadows Eye must have the same core values and prioritize doing the right thing for patients, staff and doctors, even if these decisions mean lower profits for the company and owners. Even with significant business growth over the past 6 years, Dr. Claudia Krispel and her team have continued to prioritize patient care over profit. During business growth, decisions were always made from the standpoint of keeping the patients, staff, and doctors’ best interest on the forefront. Meadows Eye is 100% physician owned and operated and their staff is treated like family.
