Claudia and Martin built their business on the principle of always doing the right thing for patients, staff and the Las Vegas community. They believe in the importance of treating all patients the same, regardless of their insurance, wealth, socioeconomic status, demographics, etc. Their firm belief in their companyโs principals means that any new physicians they bring into Meadows Eye must have the same core values and prioritize doing the right thing for patients, staff and doctors, even if these decisions mean lower profits for the company and owners.
