When Galit Ventura-Rozen’s parents decided to move her and her brothers to Las Vegas it was right before she was going to start high school in 1987. Trust me, she wasn’t happy about leaving the place where she grew up and the thought of having to start high school in an unfamiliar city where she knew no one.
Fast forward to 2023 after Galit successfully raised 3 kids, built 4 businesses, started a TV network and has been involved in multiple nonprofit organizations and business organizations, now she would tell you she wouldn’t have had it any other way. If anyone ever asks Galit if they should move to Las Vegas, by the time they are done talking to her their response is typically the same, “Do you work for the tourism board?” She usually giggles and says, “No, but I love Las Vegas and my city has been good to me and my family.”
Recently just turning 50 in September, and having earned multiple entrepreneur and nonprofit awards, Galit has made it her mission to empower, inspire and educate as many women as possible to live their best life doing what they love. This is how the Everyday Woman TV Network was born. Everyday Woman TV is now global, on 19 online platforms, and is home to over 80 women TV hostesses and growing every day. The network gives women an opportunity to have a platform to share their voice in their area of expertise to empower, support and encourage women.
Why would this be such an important mission for Galit and her business partner Angela Giles? Her first business and current business is Commercial Real Estate. Galit started in the industry at the young age of 24 and at that time it was rare for women to be in the commercial real estate industry and even more rare for a woman to own their own company. She recognized early on that women must support other women in any industry and found a passion even then to join the Commercial Real Estate Women organization. She is past president and currently on the board planning their local programs. “We live in a world where when one woman succeeds it does not take from another woman’s success. Read that again. There is enough success in this world for all of us women. Sometimes I think women forget that.”
Galit has built an online community of over 13,500 women in a Facebook group called Women Supporting Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs. Everyday Woman offers opportunities for women entrepreneurs and professionals to be more visible. What does that mean? As Galit likes to say, “Be Seen, Be Known, Get More Clients.” If people don’t know who you are how can they purchase your products and services?”
Everyday Woman offers masterminds, opportunities to become a best-selling author, Everyday Woman TV Network (which is free to watch and a place where women can apply to have their own TV Show), The Speaker Method (how to become a paid speaker) and more.
Seems to us, Galit is doing exactly what she was meant to and is making sure to use her success to show other women how to succeed as well.
This is just one reason why Galit is a Woman Who Wow’s with Real Vegas Magazine for 2023!
