Dr. Tino’s entire career has centered on the health and wellbeing of the human form. Constantino “Tino” Anastassiou’s path to functional health was the consequence of a personal journey from pain-to-healing. As a pre-teen, he was involved in a vehicular incident resulting in severe pain.
The condition was aggravated by heavy academics and physical work after school during his adolescent years. He was diagnosed in 1982 with a genetic low-back variant that plagued him most of his youth. Responding in defiance to the negative outcome of the diagnosis, he improved his body’s resistance, strength, and wellbeing by working out. Applying the knowledge he gained from self-care, he rose to become a highly respected gym owner and fitness trainer in his home country of Belgium. His client list grew to include competitive body builders, Olympians, ballet dancers, and a string of “villains” for Jean-Claude Van Damme movies.
Migrating to Las Vegas in the early 1990’s opened new opportunities for Constantino where he studied massage therapy, expanding his knowledge on the musculoskeletal facets of the body. Following graduation, Constantino was recruited to be an instructor in the art of massage. His reputation as a master massage therapist drew many to seek out his care. Ever the student of the human form and a desire to learn more about the art and science of chiropractic, he enrolled in Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. Constantino traveled between California and Nevada to attend classes while also managing his thriving massage therapy practice. In 2008, he graduated with honors-Cum Laude.
The following year he established Holistic Synergy, a chiropractic practice founded on the approach of functional health, optimizing the performance of the entire body and its organs through scientific diagnostics and comprehensive customized patient-centered care. Holistic Synergy focuses on natural health and long-term maintenance by relieving the cause of pain and then guiding you on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
