Advertising Terms

By participating in the advertising and marketing services provided by All Pro Media LLC or various DBAs of All Pro Media by way of print or digital services or other, the client agrees to all the charges and understands that this is a non-refundable commitment. All advertising programs automatically renew at the end of the term depicted above, to which, thereafter, can be cancelled at any time in writing to: marketing@realvegasmagazine.com. Client understands and agrees to all payments as noted above and acknowledges that they are responsible for all contracted and scheduled payments. Publisher reserved the right to cancel this agreement at any time, for any reason. All magazine ads to run succeeding each quarterly fulfillment and payment fulfillment. NO verbal agreements will be accepted, all terms must be in writing. All artwork must be submitted by the client via email to the customer service representative. All payments must be fulfilled to Real Vegas Magazine prior to production deadline; otherwise, the client’s ad will get reallocated to a subsequent issue per company policy and at the Publisher’s sole discretion. Client hereby assumes full responsibility for all client supplied photography and materials. Publisher reserves all right to approve client’s art for print, in the event client is non-responsive after failed attempts to contact client. All Pro Media LLC or a DBA of All Pro Media reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
