Here I am, 14 years in the Las Vegas Valley, a proud Nevadan, with 10 years serving communities in Real Estate with 21st Century Americana, and 5 years as senior business coach for my brokerage. I am a proud American Latina, born and raised in a neighborhood of South-Central Los Angeles, known as a community with high rates of gang related crime, surrounded by significant obstacles, I refused to be suppressed by those setbacks. My passion for real estate began at age 14, experiencing my parents difficulties buying their first home, and wishing I had proper knowledge to help them through the process. Starting my real estate career at 19, assisting as transaction coordinator for a real estate team, I ventured into other fields but found the end result always brought me back to sales management. I came from a place where the average person couldn’t buy a home, or they didn’t think they could. With little access to financial or educational support, it has been a pattern passed from generation to generation.
Las Vegas was a new experience, a different challenge that kicked me in the rear momentarily, a humbling moment that I am thankful for. The continuous, expanding growth and people within our local communities of Las Vegas put me in an amazing position to rise to the occasion, along with my personal goal as a single mother to offer my son and future generations a legacy that they might typically not be afforded.
As a Productivity Coach for 5 years, I defined the steps required to succeed in real estate business with 1-on-1 training, motivation, and coaching sessions. I created tailor made business plans for each agent, providing the tools and confidence that only being prepared with deep industry knowledge and a solid support system can bring. I’m a passionate and experienced motivator, taking a hands-on approach guiding agents through the process of running a profitable business and the path to success.
As a proud member of the NAHREP Greater Las Vegas Chapter, I strive to serve my community, as part of the mission is to provide community outreach, industry educational and business networking events, thanks to the gracious contributions of our Board of Directors, members and NAHREP sponsors. The process of passing real world education and financial literacy is lacking in our education curriculum. From budgeting, credit restoration, home ownership, and financial stability, I want to educate our youth to be prepared for their future. In the Beta phases of REALternship, partnered with a local high school and at-risk youth, we developed a program coaching REAL life knowledge, teaching them to open a bank account, check their credit scores, as well as basic interview skills.
I believe in invoking a good spirit with absolute integrity, and that is what I emulate through my brand, and why clients choose my services. When the time comes to ask yourself about future plans, what you’re truly capable of accomplishing, and where do you see yourself in the next year, I will be there to help you answer those questions – then push you to aim even higher.
